TrailMarks charges flat rates per address, depending on the delivery method.
Delivery is free on all orders over 150 $ CAD (Québec), 175 $ CAD (Canada), $200 USD or €200.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup are available to our Montreal office. Simply select the pickup option in the shipping box.
You will receive an email when your package is ready to pickup.
Our office is open from monday to friday between 9am to noon and 1:30pm to 5pm
DELIVERY
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value). You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
Standard shipping - 2 to 5 days in transit, your order will ship the same or next business day
Express shipping - 1 to 3 days in transit, your order will ship the same or next business day
CUSTOMS
For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees or possible shipment delays due to customs.
